All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We work with international suppliers to offer competitive prices. Estimated delivery times are:

  • UAE: 7–14 business days

  • GCC Countries: 10–20 business days

  • International: 12–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs, logistics partners, and unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after shipment.
